V-bars at the top

Formwork

Pedestal Base Formwork hole which should be ready for concrete. It is held together with H-bars at the top and bottom on the corners while the centers are held together with V-bars at the top with pins and wedges at the bottom. First the constructio floor will be made.

     
 

Agatec 220HV

Horizontal Self Leveling Rotary Laser with Semi Automatic Vertical Mode provides me to complete the gauge application. It will level itself within its 5.7 Degree self leveling range and start spinning.

  Framework

Because the soil could easily collapse, 18mm (0,7 inch) woodplate has been used to mold wooden partitions.

The beste way to cover the bottom is to use colloquially tarp, 6x8m a large sheet of strong, flexible, water-resistant material.

Construction floor

4m3 (140ft3) concrete will be poured, and the construction floor will be made.

     
 

New foundation

Preperations: After this the base of NCRT will have it’s new foundation and will finally be stabilized!

     
 

Next:

In total the construction floor will be about a foot or 20cm thick, and on top of that I will put the rotorbase.

Cutting

obstructive empty sewer pipe spare tube has been cut. Underneath the 1.5/8 and 7/8 coaxial feedlines which do not need depravation.
