Thermal dip galvanizing

After the construction work and welding the parts together, all material has been brought to NedCoat for this hot dip galvanizing process.

The process of hot-dip galvanizing results in a metallurgical bond between zinc and steel with a series of distinct iron-zinc alloys. The steel and zinc form a zinc alloy. This protective layer is completed by a pure zinc layer. Galvanized products are highly durable, virtually maintenance free and provide maximum protection at minimal cost.
