Longest element (reflector) is 38ft and one element is made of 7 segments. Director 2 is almost 32ft. and has one segment less.

Center of the elements are the same as the driver element. The reflector, D1 and D2 are not insulated.

Cutting all segments before assemble.

Cutting the different sizes and using my lathe to make the adapter rings of segment 3 (40/35 donut)

     
 

Decreasing the OD with 0,5mm on my lathe (0.019'').

     
 

Tube segment 7 (22/16) needs to fit into segment 6. making donut 22/16 by removing 0,3mm

Mineralised Methylated Spirits is a virgin alcohol prepared for industrial use. Suitable for use as lubricant when decreasing aluminium tubes on the lathe.

Commonly known as Denatured Alcohol, Ethanol (Ethyl Alcohol) is mixed with a small quantity of Methanol to make it unfit for consumption.
